(Construction reference 29 CFR 1926.602(d)): a) At or near 19-00 Pollitt Dr, Fair Lawn NJ - Building C1: Employees and other workers were exposed to fall and struck by hazards as the All Terrain Forklift was operated by an individual that had not been trained and evaluated in the safe operation of the equipment, on or about 4/26/23.

29 CFR 1926.416(a)(1): Employees were permitted to work in proximity to electric power circuits and were not protected against electric shock by de-energizing and grounding the circuits or effectively guarding the circuits by insulation or other means: a) At or near 19-00 Pollitt Dr, Fair Lawn NJ - Building A2/B2/C2: employees and other workers were exposed to electric hazards while utilizing lumber to frame the exterior walls of a multi-story residential building approximately 2 feet from a 4KV primary lines, The employees and other workers installed floor/ceiling trusses, decking and railing, on or about the period from March 15 2023 to April 04 2023.
