29 CFR 1926.403(b)(2): Listed, labeled, or certified equipment was not installed and used in accordance with instructions included in the listing, labeling, or certification: a) Old Dominion JCC, building # 4 Dormitory: On or about 06/07/2023, double gang metallic electrical boxes equipped with receptacles were not mounted according to its listing in that the boxes were hung from flexible metallic conduit with screws missing to secure cover plate thereby created a gap exposing live internal conductors. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
