29 CFR  1926.1052(c)(12):Unprotected sides and edges of stairway landings were not provided with guardrail systems that meet the criteria contained in Subpart M of 29 CFR 1926.  a) On or about June 5, 2023,  at the jobsite located at  new multi residence construction 2011 Peel Ave. Orlando, FL 32811 Lot 4,  guardrail system was not used on the stairs opening that access the second level  of  the residence to install roof trusses, exposing employees to fall hazards of approximately 8 feet, through the stairwell opening.
