OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees exposed to crushing type injuries, due to the unsafe operation and maintenance of automotive lifts: Loading Area - On or about June 8, 2023, the twenty three Rotary SL210, SL212, & SPOA10 Auto Lifts were not maintained and utilized safely, in the following instances: a) The automotive lifts were not inspected at least annually. b) Employees were not trained or certified to safely operate automotive lifts.
