29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system: a) Jobsite: On or about June 5, 2023, and at times prior thereto employees performed framing activities on a low slope 1/2 x 12 pitched roof, without a fall protection system in place. Employees were exposed to fall hazards ranging from 11 feet up to approximately 22 feet.

The employees did not take action to minimize the hazard.
