On or about December 1, 2022, at a worksite located at 112 Lake Forest Drive, Lot 168, Hebron, Ohio 43025: the employer did not ensure that the employees working on the second story residential new build home were protected from falling from the second story edge approximately 10 feet 10 inches to the ground.

29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1):The employer shall provide a training program for each employee who might be exposed to fall hazards. The program shall enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and shall train each employee in the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards. a. On or about December 1, 2022, at a worksite located at 112 Lake Forest Drive, Lot 168, Hebron, Ohio 43025: the employer did not develop a fall protection program to ensure employees were trained on fall hazards and the requirements to prevent or minimize fall hazards while framing the second story residential new build home, thereby exposing employees to fall hazards of approximately 10 feet 10 inches to the ground.
