29 CFR  1926.416(a)(1): Employees were permitted to work in proximity to electric power circuits and were not protected against electric shock by de-energizing and grounding the circuits or effectively guarding the circuits by insulation or other means:  a) At or near 19-00 Pollitt Dr, Fair Lawn NJ -  Building C2: employees were exposed to electric hazards while utilizing lumber to frame the exterior walls of a multi-story residential building  approximately 2 feet from a 4KV  primary lines, The employees installed floor/ceiling trusses, decking and railing, on or about 4/26/23.  b) At or near 19-00 Pollitt Dr, Fair Lawn NJ -  Building B2: employees were exposed to electric hazards while utilizing lumber to frame the exterior walls of a multi-story residential building  approximately 2 feet from a 4KV  primary lines, The employees installed floor/ceiling trusses, decking and railing, on or about the period from April 02 2023 to April 04 2023.

29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m)  or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, or an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501(b), nor did the employer demonstrate that it is infeasible or creates a greater hazard to use these systems and develop and implement a fall protection plan which meets the requirements of paragraph (k) of section 1926.502:     a) At or near 19-00 Pollitt Dr, Fair Lawn NJ - 3rd Floor - Building C2: Employees without proper means of fall protection were exposed to fall hazards varying from  approximately 10 feet to 30 feet, while engaged in framing activities, on or about  4/26/2023.
