1910.145(c)(1)(ii): Employees were not instructed that caution signs indicate a possible hazard against which proper precautions should be taken: a. On or about May 26, 2023, in the Flour Tortilla Packaging Department, employees working at or near the DC1 Packaging machine were not provided instruction regarding signage on the machine(s) and the entanglement hazards of the rotating chained conveyor associated with loose fitting clothing, hair and/or jewelry.
