29 CFR 1910.28(b)(1)(i)(C):The employer did not ensure that each employee on a walking-working surface with an unprotected side or edge that is 4 feet (1.2 m) or more above a lower level is protected from falling by a personal fall protection system, such as personal fall arrest, travel restraint, or positioning systems: On or about June 6, 2023, and at times prior thereto, in the stand up silo area, where employees filling trucks with cement stood on top of their trucks and were exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 10 feet.
