29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1):The employer shall ensure that each affected employee uses appropriate eye or face protection when exposed to eye or face hazards from flying particles, molten metal, liquid chemicals, acids or caustic liquids, chemical gases or vapors, or potentially injurious light radiation. a) At #34 Marquis Ct, Richmond Hill, Georgia: On June 8, 2023, the employer exposed employees to eye injuries, in that safety glasses were not provided or used by employees that operated pneumatic nail guns for roofing work.

Each employee on a walking/working surface (horizontal and vertical surface) with an unprotected side or edge which is 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level shall be protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems. a) At #34 Marquis Ct, Richmond Hill, Georgia : On June 8, 2023, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards, in that employees who worked a height of approximately 16ft 7in did not utilize a personal fall arrest system.
