29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): Employees were not provided with eye and face protection equipment when machines or operations present potential eye or face injury: a) New residential construction on Lot #180 located at 4205 Bramblett Grove Place Cumming ,GA 30028, Pump Jack Scaffold: On or about 06/05/2023, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to struck-by hazards while operating pneumatic nail guns, in that protective eyewear was not provided to employees engaged in siding activities operating these tools at 130 PSI.

29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1)(vii): Each employee on a scaffold, not otherwise specified in paragraphs (g)(1)(i) through (g)(1)(vi) of this section, more than 10 feet (3.1 m) above lower level was not protected from falls by the use of personal fall arrest systems or guardrail systems meeting the requirements of paragraph (g)(4) of this section. a) New residential construction on Lot #180 located at 14205 Bramblett Grove Place Cumming ,GA 30028, Front side: On or about 06/05/2023, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards of 18-feet, 5-inches to the lower ground level, in that a fall protection system was not provided to employees engaged in siding activities on a pump jack scaffold system.
