29 CFR  1926.501(b)(10): Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs, with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels, was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems or a combination of warning line system and safety monitoring system:  a)5400 Arena Circle, LONGMONT, CO 80501: : On or about June 8th, 2023, and at times prior, employees were exposed to fall hazards while working on a commercial building that was 27 feet tall stories without fall protection.
