29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1): The employer did not ensure that all places of employment, passageways, storerooms, service rooms, and walking-working surfaces are kept in a clean, orderly, and sanitary conditions: On or about June 9, 2023, and at times prior thereto, employees that warehoused, sold and repackaged painting products drove and serviced lead acid battery forklifts that contained lead and cadmium. Work surfaces were not regularly cleaned to prevent accumulation of lead and cadmium.
