At 5868 Approach Road, Jacksonville, Florida, in Section C3 of the hangar: On or about June 5, 2023, the employer exposed an employee to an aerial lift rollover and 65-feet fall hazard while moving the elevated Genie XC aerial lift over an unstable surface, in that the 7-feet deep floor maintenance pits were not covered by materials able to support the aerial lift's weight.
