29 CFR 1928.57(a)(7)(i): The employer did not protect employees from coming into contact with hazards created by moving machinery parts through the installation and use of a guard or shield or guarding by location: Dry Room: On and/or before June 09, 2023, employee(s) used a Twister T2 trimmer to trim dried marijuana. The pulley on the Twister T2 that was connected to an electric motor and rotating cylinder was missing the stainless steel belt guard. This condition potentially exposed employee(s) to ingoing nip-points and/or rotating part hazard(s).
