29 CFR  1910.36(g)(2): Exit access(es) were not at least 28 inches (71.1 cm) wide at all points.  a) On or about 06/12/2023, in the backroom of the store,  shelves and tables with clothing were  located in the path to access an exit door. The exit access width was 22 inches. Employee were exposed to smoke inhalation and/or burn hazards.   NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED

Materials or equipment were placed, either permanently or temporarily, within the exit route.  a) On or about 06/12/2023 in the backroom of the store, exit routes were blocked by tables, shelves and merchandise. 29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1)(ii): The required working space about electric equipment rated 600 volts, nominal, or less to ground, was used for storage:  a) On or about 06/12/2023 in the backroom area of store; boxes and equipment were stored in front of the door that leads to access a 240 volt electrical panel used to power the department store and other equipment.   NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
