29 CFR 1910.303(b)(2): Listed or labeled electrical equipment was not used or installed in accordance with instructions included in the listing or labeling: (a) On or about June 12, 2023, the employer did not ensure that electrical equipment was used and installed in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions. The employer allowed the use of relocatable power taps that were connected in series (daisy chained) for use in providing power to multiple electrical devices. This condition potentially exposed employees to minimal electrical shock.
