29 CFR  1910.141(b)(1)(iii): Portable drinking water dispensers were not designed, constructed, and serviced so that sanitary conditions are maintained, were not capable of being closed, and were not equipped with a tap   On or about May 26, 2023 and at time prior , Turner Farm, the employer exposed employees to sanitary hazards in that employees were not provided with drinking water dispenses in good sanitary conditions.

29 CFR  1910.151(b):There was neither an infirmary, clinic, or hospital used for the treatment of all injured employees in near proximity to the workplace nor a person or persons adequately trained to render first aid:  On or about May 26, 2023-Turner Farm, employees were exposed to a delay in treatment due to a lack of personnel on site being trained to render first aid while waiting for emergency services to arrive onsite. Dekalb Ambulance Service and Dekalb Sheriff could not arrive onsite until approximately 20 minutes after a 911 call.

29 CFR  1910.178(l)(1)(i):The employer did not ensure that each powered industrial truck operator is competent to operate a powered industrial truck safely, as demonstrated by the successful completion of the training and evaluation specified in this paragraph (l):  On or about May 26, 2023 - Turner Farm, employees were exposed to struck-by hazards when crew members who drove Moffet forklifts to move chicken cages to/from trailers had not been trained, evaluated, and certified.
