29 CFR 1910.151(b):There was neither an infirmary, clinic, or hospital used for the treatment of all injured employees in near proximity to the workplace nor a person or persons adequately trained to render first aid: On or about May 26, 2023-Turner Farm, employees were exposed to a delay in treatment due to a lack of personnel on site being trained to render first aid while waiting for emergency services to arrive onsite. Dekalb Ambulance Service and Dekalb Sheriff could not arrive onsite until approximately 20 minutes after a 911 call.
