29 CFR  1910.37(b)(2):Each exit was not clearly visible and marked by a sign reading "Exit":  On June 13, 2023, and times prior thereto, the employer did not ensure exit doors were equipped with "EXIT" signs above the doors in case of an emergency, exposing employees to entrapment hazards;  a) At the west wall door in the press brake room, no EXIT sign was placed above the exit door,  b) at the north east door in the machine shop, no EXIT sign was placed above the exit door.

29 CFR  1910.212(a)(1): One or more methods of machine guarding was not provided to protect the operator and other employees in the machine area from hazards such as those created by point of operation, ingoing nip points, rotating parts, flying chips and sparks:    On June 13, 2023, and times prior thereto, employees operated machinery without guards and were exposed to ingoing nip points, caught-in rotating parts and amputation hazards:  a)  in the horizontal band saw cutting area, the horizontal band saw had unused portion(s) of the blade not enclosed or guarded while cutting metal parts.  b) on the north east side of the sanding machine area, the belt sanding machinery was not provided with a guard at each nip point where the sanding belt ran onto a pulley.

On June 13, 2023, and times prior thereto, north side of the welding shop, a power cord with exposed internal wiring pulled away from terminal screws used to energize a portable grinder, exposing employees to electrical shock hazards.
