29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1): A written respiratory protection program that included the provisions in 29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1)(i) - (ix) with worksite specific procedures was not established and implemented for required respirator use: A written respiratory program was not developed for employees required to use respirators when working with pesticides and herbicides. Employees were exposed to respiratory hazards. The Joint Base Pearl Harbor Hickam Morale, Welfare and Recreation DBA Navy Marine Golf Course was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1643222, citation number 1, item number 1-a and was affirmed as a final order on 2/15/2023, with respect to a workplace located at Navy Marine Golf Course.
