On or about June 12, 2023, at the above addressed jobsite, employees performing structural steel connection activities from Genie S-40 aerial lifts, approximately eight (8) feet six (6) inches above ground, were standing on the midrails of the baskets, thereby exposing the employees to fall hazards.
