29 CFR 1926.1060(a)(1)(iii): The employer did not ensure that each employee using ladders and/or stairways had been trained by a competent person in the proper construction, use, placement, and care in handling the ladders and/or stairways:  a) 385 Industrial Drive, Glenn Rock, PA 17327 - Employees were not trained by a competent person in the proper use and placement of portable step ladders, on or about June 12, 2023.  Abatement certification required within 15 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
