On or about June 13, 2023 and at times prior thereto, the facility exit routes were obstructed and blocked exposing employees to entrapment, trip and fall, and struck-by hazards in the following areas:  a) in the cold saw cutting area - obstructed and blocked with metal storage material, work in process pallets, and fabricated door locking mechanisms welded to the inside of the exit door sticking out 9 inches. b) in the hand sanding room - blocked by a propane tank, a white board, a worktable, fans and stacks of pallets.
