29 CFR 1926.20(b)(1): The employer did not initiate and maintain such programs as may be necessary to comply with this part. a. On or about June 06, 2023, the employer exposed employees to crushed-by hazards when moving heavy load, in that employees were allowed to walk in front of a rough terrain forklift and using his hands to balance and maneuver the heavy load. The employer had not developed and maintained safety procedures and policies addressing those hazards.
