Location: Worksite On or about June 14, 2023 , employees were exposed to falls of over 11 feet while working and walking on the roof and no fall protection was provided or utilized. No competent person was onsite to inspect the jobsite.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1):Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems. Location: Worksite On or about June 14, 2023, employees were exposed to falls greater than 11 feet to the ground below, while walking and working on the new second level of the new construction, where fall protection had not been used or provided.
