29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(6): 29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(6): The employer did not ensure that each container of hazardous chemicals in the workplace was labeled, tagged or marked with the identity of the hazardous chemical(s) contained therein:   a) Screen-Printing Room, Custom Logo Inc., 7152 State Fair Blvd. Syracuse, NY, 13209, on or about 6/15/2023, Secondary chemical containers of ICC 926 Spray and TexTac Print Table Adhesive were not labeled to identify the contents.  Abatement certification is required.

29 CFR  1910.134(c)(2)(ii): The employer did not establish and implement those elements of a written respiratory protection program necessary to ensure that any employee using a respirator voluntarily are medically able to use that respirator, and that the respirator is cleaned, stored, and maintained so that its use does not present a health hazard to the user. Exception: Employers are not required to include in a written respiratory protection program those employees whose only use of respirators involves the voluntary use of filtering facepieces (dust masks).  a) Screen-Printing Room, Custom Logo Inc., 7152 State Fair Blvd. Syracuse, NY, 13209, on or about 6/14/2023, and in times prior thereto, the employer did not establish and implement elements of a written respiratory protection program necessary to ensure that employees using respirators voluntarily are medically able to use that respirator.  The employer provided a half-face elastomeric respirator to an employee in the screen-printing room.  Abatement certification is required.
