1926.21(b)(2)  The employer shall instruct each employee in the recognition and avoidance of unsafe conditions and the regulations applicable to his work environment to control or eliminate any hazards or other exposure to illness or injury.  a) On or about June 03, 2023, the Company did not fully document ins inspections and instructions to employees regarding lifting operations involving corrugated metal pipe.  In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(d), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the CERTIFICATION OF CORRECTIVE ACTION WORKSHEET), and in addition, documentation demonstrating that abatement is complete must be included with your certification. This documentation may include but is not limited to, evidence of the purchase or repair of the equipment, photographic or video evidence, or written records.
