29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1): A written respiratory protection program that included the provisions in 29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1)(i) - (ix) with worksite specific procedures was not established and implemented for required respirator use: (Construction Reference 1926.103) At the commercial worksite located at 21521 Highway ZZ in Aurora, MO 65605, on or about June 15, 2023: Employees were exposed to skin conditions and respiratory illnesses associated with respirable crystalline silica dust while they performed concrete cutting. This was recently documented on 06/15/2023 and at times prior when employees were required to wear N95 respirators while performing concrete cutting. The employer failed to implement a written respiratory protection program to cover such operations prior to employees' use of a respirator.
