Location: 64 Winter Street, North Reading, MA; On or about 06/15/2023, employees were allowed to work around unprotected fiberglass skylights in the process of a metal roof/deck reskin job.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10): Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs, with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels, was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems or a combination of warning line system and safety monitoring system. Location: 64 Winter Street, North Reading, MA; On or about 06/15/2023, employees were witnessed working on a low-sloped roof without the use of any form of fall protection. Employees had harnesses on but were not tied off to any form of fall protection anchorage and lifeline while working 16-feet above the ground.
