Or, on roofs 50-feet (15.25 m) or less in width, each employee was not protected by use of a monitoring system. a. On or about June 12, 2023, at the above jobsite, employees conducting roofing operations, sixteen (16) feet five (5) inches above ground, were not protected from falling.
