Located at the Amazon.com Services LLC DBA Amazon AVP9 AMCL-FC in Jessup, PA:  On or about August 4, 2023, the employer did not record the following workplace injuries and illnesses on the OSHA 300 Log for calendar year 2023:      a) On or about June 6, 2023, the employer failed to record a work-related injury that occurred on or about May 30, 2023, and was reported on May 31, 2023.  An XLFC Associate sustained shoulder and back injuries from preventing ladders from falling on them which resulted in medical treatment beyond first aid and modified or restricted duty.  ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
