29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11):Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: On or about June 15, 2023, on the steep roof of a newly built multi-residential building, employees were exposed to a fall hazard exceeding six feet when performing roofing work without a fall protection system.
