29 CFR 1910.303(b)(2): Listed or labeled electrical equipment was not used or installed in accordance with instructions included in the listing or labeling: (a) On or about June 15, 2023, in building C at the mechanical closet next to room 2002, a relocatable power tap was series connected by being plugged into another power strip (daisy chained) causing a fire hazard.

29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1)(ii): Working space required by this standard may not be used for storage. When normally enclosed live parts are exposed for inspection or servicing, the working space, if in a passageway or general open space, shall be suitably guarded. (a) On or about June 15, 2023, located in building B in the storage/mechanical room across from room 3014, objects were stored on top of the electrical panel causing a fire hazard. (b) On or about June 15, 2023, located in building C in the garage, objects were stored within three feet in front of three electrical panels, blocking access to the middle electrical panel causing a fire hazard. (c) On or about June 15, 2023, located in building C in the mechanical closet next to room by 2002 in the cook office, objects were stored within three feet in front of three electrical panels, blocking access to the electrical panels causing a fire hazard.
