29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1): The employer did not ensure that all places of employment, passageways, storerooms, service rooms, and walking-working surfaces are kept in a clean, orderly, and sanitary condition. a) At 16341 Domestic Ave Lehigh Acres, FL: On or about June 15, 2023. the employer exposed employees to slip and fall hazards and fire hazards, in that, there was aluminum shavings spread on the floor and surrounding areas eight aluminum frame Saw stations. The actual vacuum system from each machine is not big enough to collect all material on a daily basis.
