This exposed the employees to a caught-in hazard.

29 CFR 1910.212(a)(3)(iii): Special hand tools for placing and removing material(s) was not provided to permit easy handling of material without the operator placing a hand in the danger zone: On or about August 9, 2023 and at times prior there to, employees were performing meat cutting operations with a Hobart meat saw and were not provided the required hand tool to feed the meat into the saw. This exposed the employees to a caught-in hazard.
