29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system. At a temporary job site located at W 123rd St. Building 7,8 Olathe, Kansas, employees engaged in residential framing were exposed to fall hazards in that they were placing trusses at approximately 40 feet from the top plate to the ground below and exposed to at least 8-foot fall inside of top plate. Fall protection was not provided.
