29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1): The employer did not ensure that all places of employment, passageways, storerooms, service rooms, and walking-working surfaces are kept in a clean, orderly, and sanitary condition. On or about June 16, 2023 and at times prior thereto, the walking and working surfaces were not kept clean and orderly. This exposed the employees to falls and fire hazards: a. Employees were walking and working in areas where there was an accumulation of wood. b. Employees were walking and working in areas where there were electrical cords placed on the walking-working surfaces. c. Employees were walking and working in areas where there was an accumulation of wood dust on the walking-working surfaces.
