OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1):The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees, such as struck-by and crush-by hazards: a) Jobsite located at 96 Westbrook Drive, Honey Brook, PA. - On June 16, 2023, employees were working within the vicinity of an industrial steel racking system with columns that that did not have base plates and anchors. The racking system was used to store material used to manufacture furniture, exposing employees working near the racking system to tip-over/crushing hazard, and falling object hazards.
