29 CFR  1926.102(a)(1): The employer did not ensure that each affected employee used appropriate eye or face protection when exposed to eye or face hazards from flying objects while using a nail gun:  (a)3 Garcia's Construction LLC at 2250 East Philadelphia Street, Rapid City, SD 57703: On or about and at times prior to June 15, 2023, the exposing employer did not ensure that employees were protected from struck-by hazards associated with the use of pneumatic nail guns while conducting roofing work on a residential property by the use of eye or face protection.  This condition exposed employees to flying objects and stuck-by hazards.

This condition exposed employees to struck-by hazards associated with PIT operations.
