At the job site located at 13018 US-41, Spring Hill, FL: On or about June 20, 2023, the employer exposed employees to thermal burn, face, and hearing hazards, in that, the employer did not select and have the employees use the types of personal protective equipment that would protect the affected employee(s) from the hazards when operating landscaping equipment such as chainsaws, weed-eaters, riding mowers etc., such as head protection/helmet, face protection, and hearing protection.
