29 CFR  1926.451(c)(2)(v):  The employer used forklifts  to support scaffold platforms without ensuring that the entire platform was attached to the fork:  On or about June 20, 2023, employees were exposed to falls in excess of 10 feet, while working from two supported scaffolds lifted by rough terrain forklifts, and the supported scaffolds were not secured to the rough terrain forklift masts by a chain or some other secure method, on a commercial construction site in Champaign, Illinois.
