29 CFR  1926.304(d): Portable, power-driven circular saw(s) were not equipped with a guard above and below the base plate or shoe:    a)  At 764 Culpeo Avenue, Lot 75 Fox Hollow, Fairhope, Alabama:  On June 21, 2023; the employer allowed his employees to operate a skill saw on site with the guard wedged up exposing the blade and exposing his employees to struck-by hazards.
