29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): a) Jobsite located at Ridge & Broad St, Philadelphia, PA - On or about June 21, 2023: The employer did not ensure each employee engaged in residential construction activities were protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system when conducting framing activities from the edge of the 2nd level of a building approximately 20 feet from the ground. b) Jobsite located at 689-95 N Broad Street, Philadelphia, PA - On or about June 21, 2023: The employer did not ensure each employee engaged in residential construction activities were protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system when conducting framing activities 2nd level of a building approximately and exposed to falls of approximately 10 feet from the next level.
