A) 930 South Springfield Rd Union, NJ 07083, store aisle 52 - The employer did not ensure bulky wheeled merchandise (hand trucks) was secured against rolling / displacement when stored in the overhead rack shelves, such as through the use of toe beams and/or bolted safety beams; thereby exposing employee(s) working / walking in aisle below to struck-by hazard of falling merchandise. A MET associate was struck in the head when one of several steel hand trucks stored in an overhead space fell during merchandise re-stocking.  Incident occurred on June 21, 2023.
