29 CFR 1910.23(c)(1): The employer did not ensure that rungs and steps of portable metal ladders are corrugated, knurled, dimpled, coated with skid-resistant material, or otherwise treated to minimize the possibility of slipping: a) Mountain View Metal Works LLC Shop: On or about June 21, 2023 and at times prior employees were exposed to slip and fall hazards while utilizing the home made metal portable ladder to access materials on shelves and conduct elevated welding.
