29 CFR  1910.151(c): Where the eyes or body of any person may be exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body was not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use.  FCI Dublin, Safety Office: The employer did not provide an eye-wash station within the work area for incarcerated workers who dilute corrosive chemicals such as Clean on the GO hdqC2, which requires splash goggles and chemical-resistant gloves.

29 CFR  1910.1030(f)(2)(i):Hepatitis B vaccination was not made available after the employee has received the training required in paragraph (g)(2)(vii)(I) and within 10 working days of initial assignment to all employees who have occupational exposure.  FCI Dublin: Incarcerated workers/Orderlies who worked in Education, Recreation, and Laundry were exposed to health hazards related to Bloodborne Pathogens (BBP) while performing tasks such as cleaning blood and other potentially infectious materials. These workers were not offered Hepatitis B vaccination within ten days of their initial assignment.

FCI Dublin, Housing Unit C: The Safety Data Sheet binder near the supply closet, did not have a chemical inventory list present for incarcerated workers who utilize chemical products such as W-400 Floor Stripper, H-42 Clean Clipper, Pure Bright Germicidal Ultra Bleach, Green Solution Floor Seal & Finish.
