At the jobsite Alexan Grove TCR Project, located at 6401 Emmy Ln, Wesley Chapel, FL 33544, building number 6558, On or about June 21, 2023; the employer exposed employees to fall hazards of 11 feet, in that, employees were installing roof sheathing, during which time the employer failed to initiate and maintain safety and health programs as necessary to comply with fall protection.  b.)  At the jobsite Alexan Grove TCR Project, located at 6401 Emmy Ln, Wesley Chapel, FL 33544, building number 6794, On or about June 21, 2023; the employer exposed employees to fall hazards of 11 feet, in that, employees were  installing roof trusses, during which time the employer failed to initiate and maintain safety and health programs as necessary to comply with fall protection.
