29 CFR 1910.212(a)(2): Guards were not affixed to the machine: (a)North Plot, Mountain Home National Cemetery: On or about June 22, 2023, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to lacerations and severe eye injuries, to include blindness, in that the guards were removed from Redmax Grass Trimmer model BCZ260TS while employee was trimming grass around headstones.
