29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(viii): An aerial lift truck shall not be moved when the boom is elevated in a working position with men in the basket, except for equipment which is specifically designed for this type of operation in accordance with the provisions of paragraphs (a)(1) and (2) of this section. 3099 E. Main Street, Mohegan Lake - NY: Employees were working in a JLG Lift and were not protected by any type of fall protective device or personal fall arrest system. The employees were also driving the vehicles while not tied off and in an elevated position, on or about June 15th, 2023.
