The box was on the floor, not mounted in place as required by the National Electrical Code. b) On or about 06/22/2023 on the third floor at the Vase Line; where electrical motor loads (two pedestal floor fans) were being powered by a Temporary Power Tap (power strip). ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
